Confusing site structure and outdated content hindered healthcare professionals from accessing the information they needed. Using insights from the research I performed, including interviews, journey maps, analytics, two card sorts and two rounds of usability tests, I designed a streamlined task-based solution that allows users to spend more time with their patients, instead of hunting for a prior authorization form.

Community & State
Community & State went from a sub-brand lacking content strategy and innovation to a user-friendly, responsively designed site worthy of their mission. I created personas and conducted a card sort to develop a taxonomy and information architecture that improved findability. By creating a design system, I provided Community & State with a scalable and consistent experience that elevated their brand to better align with UHC.

Connect to Market suffered from such poor findability users actually preferred to call a representative rather than use the website. I designed a research-based solution by leading interviews, journey mapping, running a card sort and conducting usability testing. The result was a mobile optimized experience with an intuitive content strategy that surfaces related content based on context. A personalization strategy further improved findability by reducing the noise to only show what matters at the right moment.
