Whiteboards. Collaborating across departments to build usable and implementable experiences. Nuturing relationships with clients that turn projects into programs. Finding the perfect gif. Advocating for users. A good challenge.
What I want
Opportunities to lean in to a project beyond the initial redesign. Space to research, test, improve, rinse and repeat. Ownership of a vision that I can empower my team to achieve. A culture that supports and promotes work/life balance.
